all returns must be pre-authorized within 7 business days of the product delivery.
no returns will be accepted without a return authorization.
the merchandise must be returned unused, in perfect condition with original packaging.
return freight is the responsibility of the customer and must be insured and prepaid.

if we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions - when shipping repairs please make sure you use a trackable service and protect your jewelry with proper packaging.
repairs take 3 - 5 weeks to complete.
less than 1 year after purchase repair is FREE
more than 1 year is subject to a repair fee - *fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.
please note: due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.
all repairs are subject to shipping charges.
